FAQ

We always try to respond to all applications as fast as possible. Usually, we have many open positions that require our attention and can’t reply to all e-mails and applications as fast as we would like. But, if you do not hear from us within two weeks of your application, reach out to us again. We could be just waiting for the hiring manager to make a decision. In any case, we are doing our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes, we will appreciate your application and interest in Loftware. You can send your CV and cover letter or message to jobs@loftware.com. You can also write to us with questions about open positions or our company.

It depends on the position. If we get many suitable applicants it can take a bit longer or we can end the recruitment process quickly, if we find the candidate that is great. Sometimes the process also takes a bit longer because of the busy schedules of our hiring managers.

In overall we try to finish our process in 1 – 2 months.  

There are many reasons we didn’t get back to you, but the most common one is that we are very busy and probably somewhere in the process. If your application is interesting to the hiring manager, we will reach out to you. Please be patient with us and if you haven't heard from us in 3-4 weeks, reach out to us again.

If you will be contacted by us for a reference check, this means that you will be getting an offer from us. This is a final step in the process and an offer is or will be in your hands. Congratulations!

We will ask you to provide 2 – 3 contacts that we can call and have a short conversation with them about your career, previous work experience and behaviour at work.

It is usually a formality, so that we thick all the boxes.
